In the lower courtyard, the staircases rise steadily, guiding visitors toward the castle's first guardhouses. Each step, worn smooth by time and the passage of centuries, silently recounts the comings and goings of guards and travelers of bygone days.

The imposing, rugged sandstone walls frame the path, as if to remind us of the vigilance required in these strategic locations. With every step, one feels the strength of this fortress, which left no opening for the enemy.
